Admissions

Applicants applying for admission into the professional CLS program for January in a given academic year should return all application materials on or before MARCH 15 of the preceding year. (For example, students wishing to enter the professional program in January 2025 should apply by March 15, 2024.) Program acceptance is competitive; a completed application does not guarantee admission to the program.

Applications received after the March 15 deadline will be reviewed at the end of the following spring and summer semesters. At that time, students will be considered for admission on a space-available basis.

Students selected for program entry who are not current ECU students must also apply for admission to ECU. Acceptance in the CLS program does not guarantee admission by the University.
